Job Description
IHX is on a mission to build a reliable, efficient, and predictable insurance network for India’s healthcare ecosystem. As a B2B healthtech SaaS startup working with 14,000+ hospitals and some of the country’s largest insurers, we are reimagining how cashless insurance workflows operate across the healthcare ecosystem.
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and execution-oriented Assistant Manager – Product Marketing & Growth to join our lean and ambitious Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how go-to-market strategies are built from the ground up, how healthcare SaaS products are positioned and launched, and how content, campaigns, and execution come together to drive real business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature updates, and campaign-led initiatives.
- Assist in developing clear product messaging, value propositions, and customer-facing narratives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage content including LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, product videos, and knowledge bytes.
- Coordinate webinars, roundtables, healthcare events, sponsorships, and customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to support product adoption and customer communication.
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, MQLs, and other key marketing outcomes.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, designers, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities.
- Contribute ideas for new growth experiments, content formats, and engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Strategy, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging.
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Excel, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Interest in healthcare, healthtech, insurtech, B2B SaaS, or workflow automation.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior exposure to product marketing, growth, or B2B marketing.
- Experience supporting events, content creation, or digital campaigns.
- Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Interest in AI, healthcare operations, and digital transformation.
