About The Role

Brainito is looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Ads Manager with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of generating leads, scaling campaigns, improving ROAS, and handling multiple advertising campaigns across different industries.

This is a Work From Office role based in Ahmedabad, so we are specifically looking for candidates who can work closely with our internal marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Handle multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Create and manage retargeting and funnel-based campaigns
• Work with designers and content teams for ad creatives and copy
• Track performance using GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with PPC trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in PPC and performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience handling lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and improve campaign performance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Portfolio or case studies showing campaign results will be preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads
• Knowledge of landing page optimisation
• Basic understanding of SEO and marketing funnels
• Experience working in an agency environment
