Senior Project Manager – Integration Lead

Our client, a large enterprise financial organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Integration Lead) for a 15+ month contract opportunity, with potential extension through 2027.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Monday and one additional floating day per week , subject to business requirements, at the downtown Toronto office. The role will manage a key workstream within a large transformation program, leading integration efforts and managing external service provider change impacts and cross-program interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver a major transformation initiative
• Manage integration activities across internal teams and external vendor partners
• Oversee interdependency mapping, governance frameworks, and program coordination
• Develop and manage project plans, financials, status reporting, and resource planning
• Partner with sponsors, product owners, and business/technology leads
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across workstreams
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines
• Ensure quality assurance standards within a structured PMO environment

Must-Have Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience managing end-to-end strategic projects and change initiatives
• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs
• Strong partner and stakeholder relationship management experience
• PMP certification
• Hands‑on experience using Planview
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including pivot tables and executive reporting)
• Experience delivering projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments

Nice-to-Have

• Experience within large financial institutions
• ADKAR or formal change management certification

• Ability to deliver within tight timelines
