Microsoft 365 AI Administrator

IDR is seeking a Microsoft 365 AI Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role focuses on managing and governing Microsoft AI platforms within a dynamic enterprise environment, supporting responsible AI use and enterprise adoption.

Position Overview for the Microsoft 365 AI Administrator:

• Administer and govern Microsoft AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• Manage tenant configurations, licensing, environments, and feature enablement
• Enforce AI governance models, usage policies, and data access controls
• Monitor platform health, adoption, and compliance
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to align AI solutions with risk management policies

Requirements for the Microsoft 365 AI Administrator:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT, cloud, or platform administration roles, with deep experience in Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, document, and influence across technical and non-technical audiences
