Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media, conversion optimization, and analytics, with a focus on driving measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend based on performance insights
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Implement and manage tracking (pixels, conversion tracking, UTM parameters)
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Identify growth opportunities and new channels for customer acquisition
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates in digital marketing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
- Understanding of SEO basics and landing page optimization is a plus
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in handling high-budget campaigns (₹5L+/month or equivalent)
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar
