We're a fast-growing women's styling brand. Our Instagram went from 3k to 47k in four months on the strength of our content. We're looking for someone to own daily content output and keep that quality bar high.
The trial: 5 reels over ~1 week, fixed fee of ₹6,500
Compensation after First week: ₹40,000/month .

What you'll do
- Produce and post one high-quality reel per day, plus supporting carousels
- Turn provided hooks/scripts and AI-generated visuals into scroll-stopping, high-retention short-form
- Edit for performance — hook rate, hold rate, watch-through — not just aesthetics
- Stay current on AI content tools and bring new techniques to the table
You must have
- A short-form portfolio (reels/shorts) — ideally with view/reach numbers, not just pretty edits
- Strong command of CapCut and Canva
- Hands-on experience with AI tools: image generation (Gemini, GPT-image), voice (ElevenLabs), and AI video tools (Runway / Kling / Veo or similar)
- A real instinct for what makes someone stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds
- Reliability — you can hit a daily posting cadence without being chased
- Coachability — you'll learn and execute our specific style and system
Nice to have
- Experience with beauty/fashion or women-focused content
- A feel for the Indian audience and cultural nuance
- Basic hook/copy instincts
