Job Description

Position: Junior Business Development Executive

  • Location: Indore (On-site)
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in IT sales or business development

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in lead generation through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to draft accurate and persuasive project proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable business relationships.

Required Skills

  • Experience with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer)
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and email marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengali Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
