Job Description
Position: Junior Business Development Executive
- Location: Indore (On-site)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in IT sales or business development
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in lead generation through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to draft accurate and persuasive project proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable business relationships.
Required Skills
- Experience with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer)
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and email marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bengali Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
