What you will be doing:
- Produce brand-facing commercial assets that communicate the reach, quality, and strategic value of Ibotta's publisher ecosystem — including one-pagers, network value decks, and ecosystem storytelling materials
- Support the GTM execution for new publisher launches — helping new partners come onto the IPN network with the right commercial story for brands and internal teams
- Equip BD and SPM teams with the tactical materials, talking points, and leave-behinds they need to grow and deepen publisher partnerships
- Develop and maintain retailer-specific GTM support materials tailored to individual partner contexts
- Execute co-marketing assets and joint case studies that bring partner marketing programs to life
- Translate the value of Ibotta's publisher network — its scale, retailer quality, and audience reach — into clear, compelling narratives for CPG brand audiences
- Support the development of network participation storytelling at the individual partner level
- Stay current on the retail media landscape, e-commerce trends, and publisher ecosystem dynamics to ensure Ibotta's narratives remain relevant and differentiated
- Embrace and uphold Ibotta's Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, or related roles — with a focus on retail media, e-commerce, or retail strategy required
- Deep understanding of the retail and publisher landscape — including how major retailers, delivery platforms, and e-commerce channels operate commercially
- Prior experience at a retailer, delivery platform, e-commerce company, or major CPG brand strongly preferred — candidates with backgrounds at companies such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Walmart, Target, P&G, Unilever, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, or similar organizations will be prioritized
- Experience producing commercial assets and GTM materials in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- Proven written communication skills — ability to translate complex retail and network dynamics into clear, compelling narratives for brand and internal audiences
- Experience working with or supporting CPG organizations, with an understanding of how brands think about retail media investment
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and support BD, sales, or partnership teams with commercial materials
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
