We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency while supporting the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager in overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow work schedules, safety protocols, and grooming standards as per company guidelines
  • Oversee smooth opening and closing of the outlet while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and daily team supervision
  • Manage peak-hour operations and ensure efficient service flow
  • Handle cash control, inventory management, security procedures, and financial reporting during shifts
  • Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and maintain cost control
  • Ensure equipment upkeep through regular maintenance coordination
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
  • Deliver excellent customer experience, resolve complaints, and encourage feedback
  • Conduct training and certification of new and existing team members
  • Coordinate with central kitchen teams regarding food quality issues
  • Act as a role model and represent the brand positively

Required Skills

  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • Good communication in English and Hindi
  • Upselling and sales ability
  • Time management and multitasking during peak hours
  • Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and night shifts as per operational requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Hospitality diploma/degree preferred)
  • Experience: 3–5 years in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Age: 22–30 years (flexible based on experience)
