Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to manage overall restaurant operations and drive sales growth across multiple outlets. The role includes improving guest experience, controlling costs, increasing revenue, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete outlet operations and ensure SOP compliance
- Drive sales growth in Dine-in, Delivery & Catering/ODC
- Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability
- Conduct audits and ensure closure of gaps within timelines
- Work with marketing team on promotions and local marketing activities
- Improve customer experience and manage feedback resolution
- Manage and train outlet teams to improve performance
- Coordinate with delivery aggregators like Swiggy/Zomato
- Support franchise operations and business expansion plans
- Prepare performance reports and present business insights
Candidate Requirements
- Strong experience in restaurant operations and sales leadership
- Good understanding of P&L, cost control, and team handling
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and drive business growth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
