• Job Opening: HR Recruiter / Senior HR Recruiter 📍 Location: Bangalore (Sadashivanagar) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
• Position 1: HR Recruiter Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry Experience: Non-IT recruitment (Manufacturing, Engineering ,EPC,Real estate, Construction preferred)

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills

Notice Period: 15–20 days or immediate joiners preferred

Candidate Preference: Local candidates only

Position 2: Senior HR Recruiter

Experience: 4+ years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry Experience: Non-IT sectors (Manufacturing, Engineering ,EPC,Real estate, Construction preferred)

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills

Team leadership abilities

Notice Period: 15–20 days or immediate joiners preferred

Candidate Preference: Local candidates only

• Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate database and reports
• Build strong candidate pipelines for non-IT roles
