Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to drive revenue through high-ticket B2C sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales through effective communication and consultative selling.

🔑 Key Responsibilities 📞 Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Connect with prospective customers via calls using autodialer systems
  • Pitch products/services and explain value propositions clearly
  • Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

🤝 Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and conversion
  • Follow up consistently with interested leads

💻 CRM & Tools Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
  • Use autodialer tools efficiently for lead outreach

📊 Performance Tracking

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain high conversion rates and productivity metrics
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the management team

🎯 Key Requirements

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales
  • Experience in high-ticket sales is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and autodialers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality

  • Any Graduate (mandatory)
