Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to drive revenue through high-ticket B2C sales. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales through effective communication and consultative selling.
🔑 Key Responsibilities 📞 Sales & Lead Conversion
- Connect with prospective customers via calls using autodialer systems
- Pitch products/services and explain value propositions clearly
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
🤝 Customer Engagement
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and conversion
- Follow up consistently with interested leads
💻 CRM & Tools Management
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
- Use autodialer tools efficiently for lead outreach
📊 Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain high conversion rates and productivity metrics
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
🎯 Key Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales
- Experience in high-ticket sales is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and autodialers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident personality
