Role Overview:
As a client-focused professional at IAssess Consultants LLP, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients. Your role will involve a combination of relationship management, service delivery, and sales to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue through new business and cross-selling of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships and insurance needs for a portfolio of SME clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SME segment.
- Develop and execute tailored solutions, including cross-selling relevant insurance and financial products.
- Achieve individual and portfolio sales targets and track performance metrics.
- Provide prompt responses to client queries and ensure smooth service delivery by coordinating internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels and implement effective retention strategies.
Qualifications
