Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of HyreSnap's services. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls, crafting tailored pitch presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will also gather market insights, provide feedback to teams, and represent HyreSnap at relevant events and meetings when required.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in account management and customer acquisition
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend innovative sales solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Experience in the recruitment or HR technology sector is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
