Job Description
We are seeking a purpose-driven Senior Content Writer & Copywriter who is passionate about sustainability, renewable energy, and impact-driven storytelling.
This role requires the ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content that builds credibility, educates audiences, and drives both B2B and B2C growth.
You will work across our key platforms:

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop monthly social media calendars for all three brands
- Plan and execute social media content strategies
- Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content across:
Solar energy solutions
Water treatment systems (STP, WTP, and desalination)
Energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Create blogs, website content, case studies, brochures, and email campaigns
- Write high-performing ad copy and landing pages focused on lead generation
- Translate technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging
2. SEO & Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research focused on:
- Solar and renewable energy
- Industrial and commercial water solutions
- Sustainability-driven infrastructure
- Implement on-page SEO best practices
- Collaborate with SEO teams to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Continuously update and optimize existing content for performance
3. B2B & Industrial Content Development
- Create content targeting:
- Industries such as Pharma, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Hospitality
- Decision-makers including Plant Heads, Engineers, and Facility Managers
- Develop whitepapers, technical guides, and case studies
- Support sales with pitch decks, proposals, and product narratives
4. Campaigns & Content Distribution
- Plan and execute content for:
- Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Social media and brand storytelling initiatives
- Email marketing funnels
- Repurpose content into:
- Infographics
- Short-form posts
- Video scripts and storytelling formats
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Marketing & SEO teams
- Designers and video editors
- Sales and engineering teams
- Ensure technical accuracy while maintaining engaging storytelling
6. Research & Industry Insight
- Stay updated on:
- Renewable energy trends
- Government policies (solar subsidies, water regulations)
- Sustainability innovations and technologies
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency
7. Quality Assurance
- Ensure all content is:
- Technically accurate and insight-driven
- Error-free and plagiarism-free
- Consistent with brand voice and sustainability messaging
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content writing or copywriting
- Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, infrastructure, or technical domains is highly preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing blogs, landing pages, case studies, and ad copy
- Excellent command of English with strong storytelling and editing skills
