Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and supporting Accounts Payable operations for US-based processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment queries
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Ensure timely payment processing in compliance with company policies
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements
• Monitor AP aging and follow up on pending items

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience working with US-based AP processes preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Prior experience working in US shift environments is an advantage

Pay: ₹471,800.32 - ₹592,388.24 per year
