Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care to patients in the Falls Church area on a PRN basis.

This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility while continuing to deliver quality, hands-on patient care.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
• Assist with wound care and other clinical procedures
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Virginia (or eligible)
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Home health experience preferred, not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and travel between patient homes
