You will be working as a Hotel Program Implementation Manager based in Mumbai for HRS, a leading business travel company with a focus on innovative technology solutions. Your role will involve ensuring the successful establishment of supplier programs for well-known companies.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Take responsibility for the operational implementation and technical development of HRS services
  • Process audit results, verify data in systems, and communicate with hotel chains and hotels
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators such as bookability and time-2-activate
  • Provide support for non-bookability situations and escalate specific issues to stakeholders
  • Manage rate loading process for individual hotels and hotel chains
  • Drive continuous process improvements and simplify work processes
  • Collaborate with IT/product development to enhance external tools for more efficient workflows
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Commercial education in the travel industry or business administration
  • Professional experience in the hotel industry or B2B travel industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage supplier and customer expectations effectively
  • Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
