• Conducting audits on Electronic Article Surveillance systems.
• Fostering a culture focused on shrink reduction within the store.
• Preparing detailed and accurate reports on apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserving evidence related to theft incidents.
• Collaborating with law enforcement agencies and testifying in criminal and civil court cases as needed.
• Reporting any hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty promptly.
• Ensuring job responsibilities are carried out safely to minimize risks for oneself and others.
• Maintaining integrity and responding to asset protection concerns from associates while focusing on store-specific business objectives.
