Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, located in Agartala. The Physical Therapist will assess and develop individualized care plans for patients, provide physical therapy treatments, and support patients in their rehabilitation journey. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, educating patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also requires documentation and evaluation of patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine as it relates to patient care and treatment
• Proficient in delivering quality Patient Care and supporting patients during their rehabilitation process
• Experience in providing Home Care and tailoring treatment plans for in-home settings
• Relevant licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedicated to professionalism and a patient-first approach
