Backend Engineer (.NET + AWS)

We are building a next-generation healthcare platform that connects patients with healthcare providers, along with powerful tools for clinics and hospitals to manage patients, treatments, and operations.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer who will help build the core APIs that power this ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on real-world, high-impact systems involving scale, data, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using .NET
• Design and optimize database structures and SQL queries for performance
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT
• Handle complex flows like appointment booking, scheduling, and payments
• Integrate third-party services (payments, WhatsApp, notifications)
• Ensure reliability, performance, and clean architecture across systems
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to deliver end-to-end features

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core / Web APIs
• Strong understanding of SQL (queries, joins, indexing, optimization)
• Solid grasp of REST APIs and backend fundamentals
• Knowledge of JWT-based authentication and authorization
• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS or similar)
• Understanding of C#, OOP concepts, and clean coding practices
• Experience with Git

Good to Have

• Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
• Understanding of database design, transactions, and concurrency handling
• Exposure to caching (Redis) or background jobs/queues
• Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
• Familiarity with third-party APIs (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
• Basic understanding of scalable system design or microservices
• Interest in or exposure to healthcare domain workflows
