Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Manager and Counselor, located in Naya Raipur. The primary responsibilities include managing outreach initiatives, building partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations, and conducting counseling for prospective students. The role also involves planning and executing campaigns to promote Hi-Tech Animation’s educational programs, engaging potential students, and providing professional guidance to help them make informed career decisions. Additional tasks include maintaining contact records, coordinating events, and achieving targeted outreach goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills for engaging with students, parents, and partner institutions effectively
• Proficiency in Project Management and organizational abilities to handle multiple outreach activities and campaigns
• Experience in Sales and Community Outreach for program promotion and building effective partnerships
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to inspire and motivate
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience in the education or animation industry will be considered an advantage
