We are a small business in online retail with nine (9) active trademarks. We've been in business since 2012. We're looking to: 1) Register one new word mark 2) Potentially migrate the entire portfolio to a new attorney We've been happy with our current attorney, but we're afraid he might have had a life-change of some sort since emails and calls have gone unanswered recently. Since we're unsure if he'll reappear or not, we'd like to consider switching attorneys. Currently, we have a simple arrangement of a flat registration fee plus USPTO fees. We'd like such a structure with any applicants as well.
