• Are you an appraiser who’s tired of Northern Virginia traffic and looking to transition to a home-based role? Or maybe you have solid experience in writing and formatting residential appraisals and crave flexible hours? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! What You'll Do: Type and format residential real estate appraisal reports. Transcribe appraiser notes and field data into our appraisal software. Review reports for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation. Assist with occasional report reviews as needed. What We're Looking For: Experience typing residential real estate appraisal reports is required. This is a non-negotiable. Familiarity with appraisal software like TOTAL/WinTOTAL is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and manage turnaround times.
