You will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless and effective support. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime Develop relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support and recommendations Accurately respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, utilizing your knowledge of our client's products and services Promote interest in client products and services, highlighting their benefits and features to potential customers Continually portray a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Skills To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude.
