As an Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through innovative IT solutions. You will be managing enterprise sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Opportunity Management:** Identify, lead a team of sellers, and close enterprise sales opportunities to boost revenue growth.
- **Solution Selling Expertise:** Demonstrate proficiency in selling IT solutions such as Data Center Modernization, Networking, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace (DWP), and Manage Services (MSO).
- **Executive Collaboration:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-Level Executives in large enterprise accounts.
- **Technical Coordination:** Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide innovative solutions.
- **Relationship Building:** Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
- **Target Achievement:** Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
**Requirements:**
- **Industry Knowledge:** Deep understanding of IT infrastructure trends and market requirements.
- **Skills:**
- Strong experience in acquiring new enterprise clients (new logo hunting) is essential.
- Ability to own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving 100%+ sales targets.
- Hands-on experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Travel within the assigned region is required for this role.
