As a Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Account Executive) in a fast-scaling AI LegalTech environment, your role will involve driving enterprise revenue through hunting high-value deals with legal and compliance decision-makers. Operating from a high-energy Sales War Room, you will be supported by in-house lead generation and modern AI-driven sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct consultative product demos for GCs, Legal Heads, and IP Leaders
- Win accounts in competitive and vendor-displacement scenarios
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to maximize deal conversion
- Use AI-driven sales tools to optimize research, outreach, and deal velocity
Qualifications Required:
- 35 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in LegalTech or enterprise SaaS
- Proven hunter mindset with a strong track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals
- Experience managing the full sales cyclefrom demos to negotiations and closures
- Strong target orientation with the ability to perform in high-pressure, high-velocity environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior decision-makers
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Comfortable using modern sales automation and AI tools
