Job Description
You will be responsible for driving the following key responsibilities in the role of Senior Brand Manager:
- End-to-end brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned to business goals
- New product development through consumer insights, trend analysis, and market understanding
- Integrated marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, PR, and social channels
- Brand health metrics including awareness, engagement, and perception
- Consumer and competitive insights to unlock growth opportunities
- Content, storytelling, and communication across platforms
- Campaign performance tracking with a strong focus on ROI and optimization
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, media, and external partners
- Consistency in brand communication, claims, and compliance
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or NPD
- Background in FMCG, skincare, beauty, or wellness
- Strong consumer-first thinking with an analytical approach
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing, influencer campaigns, PR, and SEO
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
- Passion for building brands in the skincare/beauty space
