Role Overview

Customer service role handle dental patients phone calls for scheduling, inquiries, payments, etc. for Dental company located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform eligibility and benefits verification for treatments and procedures.
• Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtaining any missing information.
• Take 60 + calls per day and handle patient’s needs, questions, scheduling, etc
• Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary.
• Identifying any issues with the patient and solving inquiries.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of US Healthcare experience (voice/blended account)
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with medical billing is a plus.
• Customer service skills and experience.
• Good to excellent english communication skills is a MUST
• Must be amenable to work in Night Shift

Must be amenable to work onsite NIGHT SHIFT on BRIGADE TECH PARK, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Job type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
