Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Video Editing Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves editing video content for various digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand and platform standards. Responsibilities include cutting, sequencing, and enhancing raw footage to create engaging final products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality content for digital distribution.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with content creators to refine storytelling through precise editing techniques.
• Apply color correction, audio adjustments, and motion graphics as needed.
• Deliver edited videos within specified deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, continuity, and visual flow.
• Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics or text overlays.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback to produce targeted video content.
• Familiarity with file formats, resolutions, and compression standards for digital platforms.
• Attention to detail in identifying and correcting technical issues like syncing errors or visual artifacts.
• Experience working with remote collaboration tools and file-sharing platforms.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital video content and platform-specific requirements.
