Job Description

Job Overview

  • Deliver efficient and friendly guest check-in and check-out experiences, ensuring accuracy in reservations, billing, and payment processing.
  • Manage room assignments, electronic key coding, and guest welcome procedures, providing clear directions and hotel information.
  • Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to input, retrieve, and update guest data and reservations.
  • Promote hotel services, packages, and loyalty programs, consistently meeting or exceeding enrollment and upselling targets.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Prepare and organize guest welcome packets and special reservation materials.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel offerings, pricing, promotions, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, including balancing and reconciliation.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members via phone, email, and in person.
  • Complete daily operational checklists to ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service.
