The HighRadius Integrated Receivables platform reduces cycle times in your order-to-cash process by automating receivables and payments processes across credit, electronic billing and payment processing, cash application, deductions, and collections. Our customers range from some of the largest global corporations including more than 200 Fortune 1000 companies as well as mid-size enterprises that dont have the IT resources to consolidate on an ERP platform but still want to automate and streamline their receivables and treasury processes.
As a Functional Consultant at HighRadius, you will play a significant role in providing support for our high-end, robust, and scalable SaaS products. You will act as an extension of our internal teams, serving as the ultimate HighRadius ambassador who ensures continuous support from issue inception to resolution. It is essential to have a keen interest in learning about our complex software products and possess a people-first mentality. - *Responsibilities:**
- Provide product support to users of HighRadius applications.
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and drive them to resolution within SLAs.
- Deliver a delightful customer experience by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and contribute to the growth of best practices for delivering HighRadius Support services.
- Understand HighRadius application troubleshooting practices to successfully resolve issues.
- Learn and understand HighRadius products and features to provide support and education to clients.
- Adhere to Quality and Process compliance to ensure customer and organizational satisfaction.
- Dynamically prioritize tickets and multitask when necessary.
- Work as a team player in rotational shifts.
- Empathize with client situations and provide prompt resolutions or workarounds.
- Collaborate effectively to communicate issues and resolutions with internal teams and customers.
- *Requirements:**
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Application Support, preferably with a SaaS application.
- Familiarity with tools and practices of the trade such as case management, knowledge base, defect and escalation management.
- Proficiency in running SQL queries.
- Background in technology-centric roles.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
- Scripting knowledge is a plus.
