This role will be a trusted adviser to our customers, delivering the highest customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to continually improve our methodology and develop best-in-class processes. S/he will be a dynamic leader who fosters a collaborative environment and has a track record of rallying teams to success.</p> <p>This is a highly visible and complex role since the candidate will be the Senior point of contact and work with executives and users across the entire organisation.
