We invite passionate, diverse individuals to join us on this exciting path to becoming a publicly traded company and to help shape our promising future.<br><br><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>This incumbent will play a key leadership role on the Consulting team by building effective client relationships, managing multiple complex projects to completion and developing a high-performing team. This role will be a trusted adviser to our customers, delivering the highest customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to continually improve our methodology and develop best-in-class processes. S/he will be a dynamic leader who fosters a collaborative environment and has a track record of rallying teams to success.<br>This is a highly visible and complex role since the candidate will be the Senior point of contact and work with executives and users across the entire organisation. The successful candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organised, detail-oriented, quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>● Manage a portfolio of up to 10-15 Business Transformation Enterprise projects or a couple of strategic engagements of varying complexity at any given time.<br>● Lead the implementation services & consulting for assigned clients.<br>● Implementation scoping, estimating and Contract reviews.<br>● Work with cross departments (Sales, Product Management, Customer Value, and Infrastructure) to be able to come up with solutions which help provide value to clients.<br>● Build strong relationships with Senior client stakeholders of Fortune 1000 companies.<br>● Manage project resources, including Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Consultants.<br>● Manage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as needed.<br>● Assist in building playbooks and benchmarks from completed projects.<br>● Understanding of Business processes and System architecture.<br>● Arranging and conducting initial Executive, CxO discussions & positioning meetings.<br><br><strong>Skill & Experience Needed</strong><br>● Bachelor's degree required.<br>● Professional Services Director/ Project Manager / Practice Head / Sr. Director for 3+ years.<br>● 15+ years of progressive consulting project management experience.<br>● Experience in functional or technical roles in the implementation of large ERP systems is a plus.<br>● Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills.<br>● Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans.<br>● High organisation and prioritisation skills.<br>● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.<br>● Willingness to take a hands-on approach to managing client needs and troubled engagements.<br><br><strong>Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: </strong><br>● Very strong Stakeholder Management skills with flair to establish strong relationships and influence decision-making with client execs based out of NA/ EMEA.<br>● Strong Program Management skills with the ability to Zoom in/Zoom out of engagements based on portfolio reviews and program risk.<br>● Passionate about building teams, talent identification and hiring externally to help build a strong future consulting foundation.<br>● Excellent Team management and collaboration skills with special emphasis on establishing personal rapport with his/her team.<br>● Proven problem-solving, risk mitigation and analytical skills.<br>● Ability to handle high-pressure situations.<br>● Strong ownership to drive the projects from start to finish with maximum client satisfaction.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p>
