<h3><strong>Summary</strong></h3> <p>HighRadius is looking an <strong>Account Manager to join our mid-market expansion team</strong>! In this role, you’ll be responsible for account management and end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with finance leaders across North America (companies with &lt;$1B revenue) to showcase how our AI-powered solutions can transform their financial operations.<br><br>We're looking for a <strong>highly motivated, results-driven sales professional</strong>&nbsp;with a strong background in value-based selling motions, preferably in SaaS or IT Services &amp; Consulting. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in&nbsp;prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex deals with C-level executives. As a seller at HighRadius, you can expect regular travel to meet with customers in your assigned territory (40%+).</p> <p><strong>Your Day-to-Day:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a consultative, trusted advisor to a portfolio of HighRadius customers, with a core focus on developing and closing new business opportunities</li> <li>Build relationships with executive leaders and key client stakeholders to understand pain points and develop a roadmap and business cases for customers' finance transformation using HighRadius solutions.</li> <li>Achieve monthly sales targets and monthly recurring revenue quotas consistently. Manage and forecast sales activity and opportunities by flawlessly executing the HighRadius sales process and playbook.</li> <li>Partner with internal HighRadius teams in coordinating communication and action plans to drive desired outcomes</li> <li>Attend in-person meetings on client site, as well as industry events, such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences to build and manage relationships with prospective and existing customer base</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, or adjacent field</li> <li>5-10 years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services &amp; Consulting or SaaS industry.</li> <li>Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships</li> <li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to manage strategic, consultative selling tactics and techniques</li> <li>Ability to travel to client sites &amp; industry events up to 40% of the time</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks &amp; Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance-based commission (for eligible roles)</li> <li>Competitive benefits, 401k matching plan, and wellness resources</li> <li>Opportunity to earn stock options for top-performers</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>Paid company &amp; flex holidays</li> <li>ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE!</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Onsite</p>
