Agronomist

We are hiring an Agronomist who can become the plant intelligence engine of HeyFarmer.

This is not a traditional agriculture job.You will work across plant health, root health, pest and disease diagnosis, nutrient formulation research, sapling quality, crop feasibility, customer plant issues, and R&D trials.

Your work will directly influence whether HeyFarmer customers are able to grow successfully, harvest confidently, and continue using the system as a habit.

This role is for someone who loves plants, understands hydroponics or aeroponics, enjoys solving real growing problems, and can turn practical plant knowledge into clear systems.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year

• What is your level of proficiency in Malayalam?
• Are you willing to work on-site in Kochi and support field/customer plant issues when required?
• Can you diagnose common plant issues such as pest attack, nutrient deficiency, root health problems, disease symptoms, or transplant shock from photos/videos and suggest practical solutions?
• Have you worked hands-on with hydroponics, aeroponics, soilless farming, protected cultivation crop systems for at least 1 year?
