• Understand a business problem statement and break it into executable tasks with timelines
• Collaborate with business owners to ensure alignment on business outcomes

Responsibilities The Data Analyst is a curious, collaborative individual who leads with empathy, takes ownership of projects and: Collaborate with business leadership, data and product owners, business analysts, designers, architects and developers to identify business outcomes to track, analyze and act Implements the analytics measurement strategy for Northern Trusts digital products including transaction sites, reporting engines, mobile apps and applications Develops interactive data dashboards and visualizations, collaborating with Agile teams to meet their deliverables, sprint timelines and budgets Measures recently released product features to establish benchmarks and identify potential areas of improvement Partners with development teams for user acceptance testing and implementation Manage tags via tag management platform (GTM) and diagnose issues with existing platform configurations and tags Create and maintain documentation related to data layer implementation requirements Contributes to an open culture that enables employees’ development through direct but kind feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism
