As a Senior Officer BHR, your role involves ensuring effective employee relations by handling disciplinary cases, grievances, escalations, conflict resolution, and managing sensitive cases like absconding, misconduct, and behavioral issues. Strong screening and assessment capabilities are essential for this role.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough investigations into sensitive cases such as absconding, misconduct, and behavioral issues, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of respect and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, legal, and management, to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to employee relations cases and activities.
- Analyze data and trends related to employee relations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and related topics to enhance organizational awareness and competency.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to employee relations and organizational culture.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Any Graduate
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in BHR
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- No team handling experience required
- Willingness to work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
