Role Overview:

As the Territory Manager- Parts at Hero, you will be a crucial part of the PAM- India BU team and will report to the Area Manager- PAM. Your primary goal will be to strategize and plan HGP HGO sales, increase market share through effective penetration, and achieve revenue objectives by conducting market research analysis and recommending appropriate measures. This purpose-driven role will require your proactive involvement in various aspects of sales planning and forecasting in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Dispatch Retail target for HGP HGO by implementing business sales strategies
  • Devise strategies to enhance market penetration by expanding the retailer network and fostering sustainable relationships for continuous growth (MART MCRT)
  • Strengthen and expand market footprint through the appointment of new distributors within approved geographies (New HGPD Appointment)
  • Implement effective schemes to drive sales of Top PGs ABS parts in the AFM using market research insights and product knowledge (Competition Pricing Packing Market share)

Qualification Required:

  • Academic Qualification: MBA
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge: Technical commercial skills, DMS, SAP, Channel Management, Market Research, Brand Building, Product Promotion, Creative thinking ability, Communication, Presentation Skills, Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel
  • Behavioural Skills: Align and motivate distributor teams, Collaborate across interfaces, Negotiation skills, Conflict Management, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication, Develop and engage people
