Medicinal Chemistry Scientist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design synthetic routes for target molecules, screen synthetic conditions, and conduct synthetic laboratory work in a timely manner.

2. Independently review literature and solve problems in multi-step synthesis.

3. Strictly comply with relevant regulations on laboratory safety operations, ensure adequate personal protection, and keep the laboratory clean and tidy.

4. Regularly report on the progress of R&D work, participate in internal team training, and improve personal skills in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry.

Job Requirements:

1. Major in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or related fields, with a Master's or Doctoral degree.

2. Possess good ability in compound route design and strong organic synthesis skills; in particular, proficiency in multi-step synthesis. Candidates with a background in total organic synthesis are preferred.

3. Have good English reading and writing skills, literature retrieval ability, and strong awareness of laboratory safety.

4. Be rigorous and down-to-earth in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and possess teamwork spirit.

工作职责：

独立合成小分子药物

1、 根据任务要求，对目标分子进行合成路线设计，合成条件筛选，及合成实验室工作；

2、 能独立查阅文献或者根据经验积极独立地解决化学合成中的问题；

3、 严格遵循实验室安全操作相关规定，做到个人防护到位及实验室整洁；

4、 定期汇报研发工作进展，参加团队内部培训，提高有机化学，药物化学能力。

任职要求：

1、 有机化学或药物化学相关专业，硕士或者博士学历；

2、 具有较好的化合物路线设计及较强的有机合成能力；特别是多步合成能力，有机全合成专业优先考虑。

3、 具备良好的英语读写能力，文献查阅能力，及良好的实验室安全意识；

4、 工作严谨踏实，责任心强，善于沟通，具有团队合作精神。
