生物项目负责人

岗位职责：

• 平台建立与优化： 负责创新大分子药物的分子及细胞水平体外筛选平台的建立，筛选项目方案的设计、验证和优化；负责选择合适的动物模型以评估生物药。
• 靶点评估： 负责对存在未满足临床相关的疾病靶点（包括但不限于肿瘤、免疫、代谢性疾病及心血管疾病等）进行调研、提出建议、验证并做总结汇报。
• 项目推进： 作为项目负责人领导大分子新药早期发现项目，涵盖从靶点选择、项目探索到临床前候选化合物（PCC）获批确定的全流程。
• 跨部门协调： 负责方案设计并协调各方资源，与各职能部门密切合作，推动项目进展直至PCC交付。
• 对外合作： 在需要时协助完成项目的对外授权（out-licensing）和外部合作事宜。

任职要求：

• 学历与专业： 博士学历，在肿瘤学、免疫学、代谢疾病、心血管疾病或相关领域拥有深厚的专业知识储备。
• 工作经验： 具备2-5年大分子药物研发经验（具有工业界背景者优先考虑）。
• 管理经验： 具备至少2年的项目负责人（Project Leader）管理经验。
• 核心能力： 具备强大的批判性分析研究论文的能力，以及出色的领导力和团队合作精神。

Biology Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform & Assay Optimization: As project lead，supporting the in vitro screening of biologics. Establish and optimize in vitro assays, cellular and molecular technical platforms, and select appropriate animal models to evaluate biologics.
• Target Validation: Review, propose, and validate novel drug targets for unmet medical needs in major disease areas, including but not limited to oncology, immunology, metabolic diseases, and cardiovascular (CV) diseases.
• Project Management: Lead early drug discovery programs as a Project Leader, from target review proposals and project exploration all the way to preclinical candidate (PCC) approval.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate various cross-functional teams and resources to drive programs forward effectively.
• Strategic Collaboration: Assist with out-licensing and external collaborations when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Ph.D. degree with deep knowledge in oncology, immunology, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or related scientific fields.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in large molecule (biologics) drug R&D. Industry experience is highly preferred.
• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience acting as a project leader.
• Key Skills: Strong capability in the critical analysis of research papers, combined with excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
