As the Head - Digital & Performance Marketing for a Listed Company in the Manufacturing Industry located in Mumbai, your role will involve driving end-to-end digital transformation and creating a high-impact, performance-driven marketing ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include strengthening the digital presence, accelerating lead generation, and achieving measurable business outcomes through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall digital marketing roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Implement a transition from brand-led to data-driven, performance marketing approach
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI/ROAS
- Own the performance funnel across Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic channels
- Develop lead generation and conversion strategies to drive high-quality leads
- Utilize remarketing and audience targeting strategies for improved funnel efficiency
- Lead SEO initiatives to enhance organic rankings and traffic
- Collaborate with content teams to create impactful digital assets such as blogs and videos
- Ensure strong visibility across relevant search categories
- Manage brand presence on social platforms focusing on engagement and growth
- Establish and expand influencer marketing programs to increase awareness and conversions
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, dashboards, and automation platforms for performance tracking
- Drive data-led decision-making and campaign optimization
- Facilitate integration between digital channels and offline conversion tracking through CRM
- Oversee website performance as a critical digital touchpoint
- Implement UX/UI improvements and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance user journeys and conversions
Qualifications Required:
- 12 years of experience in Digital Marketing with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and digital analytics
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic platforms, and MarTech tools
- Proven track record in lead generation, ROI/ROAS improvement, and funnel optimization
- Preference for experience in consumer-facing industries such as building materials, consumer durables, paints, etc.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and agency handling
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred
Key Success Metrics:
- Improvement in Cost per Lead (CPL) / Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Growth in organic traffic and search rankings
- Increase in qualified leads and conversion rates
- Enhancement in ROAS and marketing efficiency
