• *Qualifications:**
• Strong expertise in Finance and a deep understanding of Insurance and Actuarial Science
• Proven experience in Claims Management with a focus on designing efficient processes
• Demonstrated capability in Team Management and leadership, including mentoring high-performing teams
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
• Prior experience in the health insurance domain is highly preferred
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications like FSA or ASA are a plus
