Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse with hands-on expertise in Gynaecology and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns, assisting doctors during procedures, and ensuring smooth patient management in accordance with hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to Gynaecology and NICU patients as per hospital guidelines.
• Monitor patient vitals, maintain treatment charts, and ensure accurate nursing documentation.
• Assist doctors during deliveries, procedures, and emergency situations.
• Handle newborn care, NICU monitoring, medication administration, and feeding support.
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards are maintained.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and newborn care.
• Maintain professionalism, discipline, and patient confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Gynaecology and NICU procedures.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
• Team-oriented, responsible, and compassionate approach.
• Basic knowledge of hospital documentation and patient monitoring systems.

Eligibility Criteria

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing is mandatory.
• Valid Haryana Nursing Registration is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Gynaecology and NICU.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
