As a Marketing Analyst, your role involves supporting performance, social, brand, and MIS teams by analyzing campaign, ad-level, and funnel-level data to identify what's working, what's not, and why. Your primary focus will be on turning marketing data into clear insights and optimization actions that enhance campaign efficiency, scalability, and overall agency performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from ad platforms, analytics tools, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Evaluate cross-channel performance against KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of audience, creative, funnel, and geography.
- Share actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Digital & Marketing Data Automation:
- Maintain and enhance automated reporting dashboards.
- Assist in data extraction, validation, and hygiene.
- Identify reporting gaps and automation opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
Planning & Optimization Support:
- Provide data inputs for media planning and optimization.
- Support reach, frequency, CPA, ROAS, and funnel analysis.
- Track A/B tests and document learnings.
- Facilitate faster, data-backed decision-making.
Market & Consumer Analysis:
- Integrate media, market, and consumer data for holistic views.
- Monitor trends in campaign, content, and brand performance.
- Analyze funnel behavior and drop-offs.
- Maintain scorecards and benchmarks for accounts.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with performance, social, brand, MIS, and client teams.
- Support analytics deep dives and insight requests.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and frameworks.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Experience
- 2-4 years in marketing, media, or digital analytics.
- Agency experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Excel / Google Sheets (advanced), Looker Studio, and Google BigQuery (working knowledge).
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large, multi-brand datasets.
- Experience in reporting, dashboards, and basic automation.
- Solid understanding of performance & social metrics.
- Effective communication and insight storytelling.
- Demonstrates high ownership, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
