All treatments are delivered using approved clinical protocols developed in collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner, ensuring safe, high-quality, and evidence-informed care. We provide client-centered services through private bookings, concierge care, and exclusive events.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with with advanced IV insertion expertise to join our growing team. This role involves delivering IV therapy and intramuscular injections in a professional, safe, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertions with high proficiency and minimal attempts
• Administer IV nutrient therapy infusions as per approved protocols
• Deliver intramuscular (IM) injections (deltoid, gluteal, ventrogluteal sites)
• Conduct pre-treatment assessments, including:
• Vital signs (BP, HR, O2 sat, temperature)
• Health screening and contraindication review
• Monitor patients during and after infusion for safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to all clinical safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Provide a luxury, professional, and calming client experience

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active registration in good standing with BCCNM
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• IV cannulation (including difficult veins preferred)
• IM injections (deltoid and gluteal sites)
• Certification in IV therapy / infusion therapy (required or willing to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor

Preferred Experience

• Experience in IV lounges, medical aesthetics, or concierge nursing
• Familiarity with vitamin infusions (e.g., Myers’ cocktail, hydration therapy)
• Experience in mobile or event-based healthcare settings

Compensation

• Base pay: $40 per client
• Per-client pay structure with a minimum of 5 clients per booking
• Opportunity for increased earnings with higher client volume
• Majority of bookings based in the Lower Mainland, with potential opportunities to travel to Kelowna and Vancouver Island as demand grows
