Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Sales Manager for our boutique hotel, Haveli Dharampura. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to attract inbound travel trade clients, fostering relationships with travel operators, and ensuring occupancy growth. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to promote and maintain the hotel's unique positioning, conduct market analysis, and track performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sales Management, particularly within the hospitality, boutique hotel, or travel industries
• Strong relationships with Inbound Travel Trade and business negotiation skills, with experience in working with inbound travel trade clients and travel operators
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Skilled in market analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making for sales strategy optimization
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Delhi Area with a strong understanding of the local and regional travel markets
• Familiarity with cultural tourism and heritage-focused hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
