Customer Success Operations Manager – CPaaS Industry

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA

Shift: Day Shift

Work Mode: On-site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewal initiatives.
  • Monitor customer health scores and proactively identify and manage at-risk accounts.
  • Analyze customer usage, revenue, and performance data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Monitor CPaaS channels including SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and RCS while ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support customer growth and revenue expansion.
  • Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Support, and Engineering teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM and maintain accurate customer data.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and reporting expertise.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or Data Analytics is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
