Food and Beverage Server

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. You will play a key role in the daily operations of our food service area, contributing to a positive dining experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers with a positive attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle payments using POS system
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and fellow staff
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Provide minimal assistance in the kitchen when needed (e.g., prepping, refilling, or cleaning tasks)

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in food preparation is beneficial.
