The job in one line
Call inbound deck-builder leads, qualify them, and book booked estimates into our clients’ calendars. Monday to Friday, subcontracted position.
Who we are
GrowthDeck Marketing Inc. is a Canadian performance marketing agency working only with deck builders across North America. We run their Meta ads, qualify the leads our ads generate, and book booked estimates straight into their calendar. Our clients only get high-intent prospects. No tire kickers. That’s the whole offer.
We’re a small, close team. This is not a call centre. You’d be working directly with us, on a small roster of clients, with the same teammates every day.

What you’ll be doing
- Calling inbound leads within minutes of them submitting a Meta ad form
- Qualifying leads against each client’s criteria (project type, budget range, timeline, decision-maker, location)
- Booking qualified leads directly into the client’s calendar
- Logging clear, useful notes back to the client through GoHighLevel
- Following up on leads that don’t pick up the first time using a defined call cadence
- Working from our internal dashboard and the client’s GoHighLevel sub-account
What you need to bring
- Fluent English, clear phone presence, comfortable on calls all day
- Tech literate. You can pick up new tools quickly without hand-holding. Comfortable in a CRM, calendar, and a browser-based dashboard.
- A quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet and a good headset
- Availability Monday to Friday across roughly 9 AM to 6 PM in your local Canadian time zone, with willingness to flex slightly for client time zones (we serve clients from BC to Minnesota to Colorado)
- Located in Canada. Legally able to invoice for contract work in Canada.
- Reliable. You answer messages within a reasonable window during the workday and you show up for your committed hours.
Bonus points
- Previous experience with GoHighLevel (you’ll save a week of ramp-up)
- Previous phone-based sales, lead qualification, appointment setting, or front-desk booking experience
- Experience working remotely as a contractor
Pay
- $23 to $26/hr CAD to start, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus available on top of hourly, structure discussed at offer
- Subcontract position. You invoice us bi-weekly, you handle your own taxes (we issue a T4A at year-end)
- We are not running employee payroll yet. As we scale we plan to move LQS roles to payroll. We’ll be upfront about that timeline at offer.

How we hire

- We call you back within 2 business days for a 10 minute phone screen if it looks like a fit
- If the screen goes well, a 45 to 60 minute video interview with Myles. Includes a short live role-play so we can hear you on a call.
- Decision within 2 business days of the interview. If it’s a yes, we send the subcontractor agreement and onboarding info, and you start the following week.
